ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT

Ownership: Annual membership expires 12 months from date of purchase. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Registering: All Members must register at the Clubhouse with NPGC staff PRIOR to using the golf course. Memberships do not entitle Members unauthorized or unlimited access without the knowledge and consent of the NPGC staff. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of all golf privileges.
Course Rules: USGA Rules of Golf will govern olay and any/all posted rules on the tee boxes on the course and in the clubhouse will be observed. Failure to follow course rules may result in expulsion or suspension of your membership.
Golf Course Privileges: Access to the golf course is subject to availability. Certain private events and/or leagues may dictate that the golf course, practice areas, kitchen/bar and/or other areas of NPGC be closed. Member understands and agrees that nothing in this Contract shall entitle Members to any of the facilities on any particular day nor to any discount or refund on account of any limited access. Member further understands that access to the course, practice range and the kitchen/bar area may be limited by NPGC as necessary.
Golf Cars: Use of golf cars is an amenity that is restricted to NPGC Members and customers. Golf cars MUST be signed out prior to each use. Only licensed drivers aged 18 and over may operate the cars. You must adhere to the rules and regulations, as set forth in the operation manual and/or all posted instructions. Any golf car fees – daily or annually – are additional to any annual membership.
Code of Conduct: All Whistling Pines Golf Course Members, and their guests, agree to abide by the rules and regulations of NPGC. Any Members may be expelled by the management for violation of any rule or regulation of NPGC or for conduct which in the opinion of the management is detrimental to the welfare, safety and character of Whistling Pines Golf Course.
Alcoholic Beverages: According to Wisconsin state law, no outside alcohol is permitted on any NPGC property. The entire clubhouse, golf course and parking lot are licensed as a private retail entity; thus, only beer, wine & alcohol purchased from NPGC will be allowed.
Damage or Injury to Person or Property: Member agrees to pay for any damages to the facilities or grounds, or for injuries to any person, caused by Member. Member also agrees to hold NPGC and its employees, agents, and owners, harmless and to defend them against any and all claims, damages, and suits, for damages or injuries of any nature, whether to Member or to others, that may arise from or be related to Member’s use of the golf course, its facilities or equipment.
Property and Equipment: NPGC property includes equipment that is provided for our guests/Member’s use. These items include range balls, baskets, rental clubs, and many other supplies that are provided. These items may not be taken out of their designated areas. Removal of these items from Whistling Pines Golf Course property will be deemed as theft and violators will be prosecuted.
Fees and Charges: Member understands and agrees that Member is responsible for payment of all fees that may exist or arise and be charged by NPGC from time to time, unless such fees are included as Member benefits and privileges. Member understands and agrees that Member is responsible for all other charges incurred by Member or by a guest of Member at NPGC, including but not limited to charges for food and service at the kitchen and bar. Annual fee does not apply toward golf car rental, tournament play or special events.
Cancellation: A breach of any of the terms and conditions of this contract will result in the cancellation of the Member’s rights and privileges without any reimbursement of any kind. Should Member wish to cancel this agreement prior to its stated expiration for any reason whatsoever, there will be no refund, partial or otherwise, on the fees paid by the Member.
Miscellaneous: In case any one or more of the provisions contained in the Agreement shall for any reason be held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such as invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision, and this Agreement shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein. This Agreement embodies the entire agreement and understanding of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, is non-assignable, may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties, and supersedes any prior representations, agreements, and understandings, oral or written, if any, relating to such subject matter.
Payment Options: Payment of selected membership is to paid in full at time of purchase. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card. All our goods & services have been discounted 3% for cash & checks. Any other form of payment will be assessed the 3% previously discounted. Wisconsin 5.5% sales tax applies.
